Find paragliding meetups, plan a flight together, and check the wind at the launch site.

Pilots filter meetups by region and skill level, join a flight, and coordinate through pilot-group chat channels. The meetup demo keeps filters in the URL. The public demo uses sample data: changes and chat stay in your browser, and the weather demo shows simulated forecasts.

Built for the university host

My solo course project uses a CodeIgniter API, MySQL, and a React frontend. I set up how the frontend and backend communicate, made the frontend design decisions, and added the APIs. The host could not run WebSockets, so chat fetches new messages through incremental polling. The documentation covers setup and application roles.

My contribution and AI use

I set up how React and CodeIgniter work together, made the frontend design decisions, and added the APIs myself. AI helped me build out the backend and wrote the automated tests. This was my solo university project.
